Almost everyday, Mary puts on a dance leotard and Rachel puts on Cinderella costume and they dance to music. Mary always dances with her ballet shoes and Rachel in her tap shoes.

I love this shot as they are both worshipping Jesus! Melts a Mommy's (who is a dancer) heart.

Today the music choice was Scripture Lullabies. Here is the exact song they were dancing to during this dance. I treasure these cds and find them so relaxing and soul filling.

We took a trip back to McBIC and Messiah to see friends from Acclamation and church. I was blessed to watch a beautiful young lady dance in a ministry that blessed me during my four 1/2 years. But as we were leaving I could not help but recall all that has changed since then...Andrew & I left Messiah-married with a beautiful boy and today we bring back with us two beautiful girls. I am so thankful for what the Lord has blessed us with!

We met Valerie Tripp today, the author of Meet Kit. 

Kit, Mary, Emma, & I all went together and there was dress up clothing. So Kit & Mary matched in their red cloaks from Colonial Williamsburg.

This picture is very special to me. 

This year for Bible we are studying the names of Jesus. Every two weeks we memorize a new Scripture and put it on our poster. This week we worked on Colossians 1:18, "And he is the head of the body, the church". David came to me with this picture of Jesus and described it in detail. He shared with me a few of these details.He told me that Jesus is wearing boots to be able to protect his feet. He has a sword to fight off the bad guys and protect us. He has a belt and continued to depict every detail about this picture to me. It brought to my mind the details regarding the Armor of God. I am so thankful for our time learning the Scriptures and being able to take the time during homeschooling to have these precious and beautiful moments.
